We are honored that you have chosen to join the 8th annual Virginia Yoga Week (VYW) 2015 Celebration, June 14-21. VYW inspires our yoga community to provide free and $5 classes for the general public, promoting the healing component of yoga. Our event kicks off with Love Your Body Day – June 14, 2015 at Reston Town Center in Reston, VA. Our closing event, Free Yoga in the Fresh Air, in Alexandria, Virginia will also include a food drive to benefit our 2 & 4-legged friends in need.
